Cabins must add 16.75% hotel occupancy tax.
Daily: Full payment is due at the time of reservation
Weekly: $200.00 will be charged to your credit card when reservation is made.
Holidays & Special Weekends: (Examples: New Year's Eve, President's Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) Payment in full for dates booked will be charged to your credit card when reservation is made.
Check In for Cabins: 4 pm
Check Out for Cabins: 12 (pm)

Cancellation:
30 - days: Time before reservation start date. Full refund minus $25.00 processing fee.
29 - 14 days: Rain check valid for 12 months from original reservation start date.
13 days or less: No refunds & no rain checks.
Terms of use for Rain Checks:
- Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
- Re-booking is subject to availability
- May only be used once
- Non-transferrable
- Excludes holidays, weekend holidays and special events
Note: When making a reservation, you may request a cabin, but we do not guarantee the requested cabin. We do our best to meet all requests.
